A frontline supervisor’s guide to amazing start-up meetings

The most important part of the day for each Team Member is their start of shift meeting. It is the time we gather to give and receive information about the daily activities and issues concerning your team.  Are you using this “prime time” effectively? It’s important that team members see their leader as a source of information and someone they can trust.

Ask yourself this, Is your startup meeting agenda planned in advance? Does it contain information that is useful? A successful start of shift meeting can educate and motivate employees, making your team more knowledgeable of how they can make a positive impact.
